Shipping policy
STANDARD DELIVERY:
- Spain: approximately 7 days
- Europe: approximately 10 days
- Rest of the world: approximately 14 days
Please note: Delivery charges do not include any import duties or taxes that may apply when the package reaches the destination country.
RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@abra.paris. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You can arrange the shipping yourself or have us do it—if so, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- You are responsible for the item until it is delivered back to us.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Custom or made-to-order items (these are non-refundable but you'll receive store credit).
- Sale items
- Gift cards

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once approved), and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take some time to process and post the refund
