DELIVERIES

When will I receive my abra.paris order?

All abra.paris deliveries to mainland Spain are delivered within 24-48 hours if the order has been placed before 14:00h and up to a maximum of 4 working days in unforeseen cases. For deliveries to islands, Ceuta or Melilla, delivery could be delayed 2 or 3 days more. In the case of international, up to 7 working days.

 

What is Abra's delivery area in Spain?

Abra has coverage throughout the peninsular territory, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. As well as in Europe, Oceania, America and part of Asia.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

* It is necessary to provide the ID number when placing the order so that it can be sent.

 

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

When you place the order, you should receive a confirmation email with the tracking code. You can also contact us by e-mail at clientservices@abra.paris. 

 

SIZE / PRODUCT EXCHANGE

The change of size and product is very simple, and you have 15 days from the date of purchase to do so. We will pick up and deliver the new one in 48 working hours from the reception of the payment.  Of course, it is essential that the product is in perfect condition and with the labels on.

The steps to follow are as follows:

1- Send us an email to abra@abra.paris enclosing the payment of the new shipment with return (6€). In the case of Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (20eur). It can be done by bank transfer (**Put account number**) or through the PayPal platform (abra@abra.paris). Do not forget to write down the order and add the size and color you need.

2- A courier will pick up and deliver the new garment. This process usually takes 48 working hours on the peninsula. A few days more in islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

*In the case of a product exchange, you must also pay the difference in price between the purchased product and the new one.

 

 

 

* If these steps are not strictly followed, the exchange will not be possible.

 

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Exchanges and returns are not accepted on sale items.

Abra allows you to exchange your order for any product or products from our catalog. We also give the option to return the money.

For this it is essential that the garment is in perfect condition and with the tags attached.

The maximum period to proceed with the return is 15 days from the date of purchase.

Send an e-mail to  clientservices@abra.paris attaching the proof of payment and indicating the order number or the person who placed the order.

A courier will pick up and bring the product to our company.

Once the garment has been checked and the return has been approved, a discount code will be sent by e-mail which can be redeemed for a new order or the money will be refunded as required.
